Cooking


Thanks Daniel, for telling us about the কাঁচা কলা টিকা। (fried plantain balls). Very good, though not good as leftovers. Haven't gotten them as spicy as I want them yet ..

No wonder the hilsa fish is Bangladesh's favorite fish -- it's beautiful, and tasty. I made it with পুই শাক (creeper plant). If you like those greens, and you like hilsa, you'll like them together.
