Two types

There are two types of jack fruit here -- one type that I (Hosanna) like, and one type that Jacob likes. I like the firm, crunchy type, and Jacob likes the goo-ey -slide-down-your- throat kind. Our househelper told us the other day that the crunchy type is called খাজা কাঁঠাল (khaja katal).
